• Five (1 on 1) 60 minute training sessions at the client’s house or mutually agreed upon location.

• Clients can choose from the following training services.

o Personal Training or Sports Performance Training.

o Manual Therapy/Sports Massage/Active Isolated Stretching Session.

Note: Clients can mix and match the services. Example, you can do 3 training sessions as well as 2 sports massage/manual therapy sessions.

• Sessions must be completed by Dec 31st 2018
