Indoor 60 minute training session where participants can expect the following:

* Resistance Band Training

* Kettlebell Training

* Running (no longer than 20 second intervals)

* Bodyweight Exercises

* Medicine Ball & Sandbell Training

* Flexibility and Mobility Movements

Training is located in the gym at St. Kevin's in Springfield

Time: 7:30-8:30 a.m

March  24th (Sat)
